The red sea is no longer water, but flood Spoiled with unrighteous anger, of blood As the great Jehovah's name is called By all sides even as they wretchedly fall For none is good on planet earth All having defiled our own worth
People advance so far with great intellect Deny evil or sin exists there minds in defect For they have rid the land, of God and good Having been convinced, others understood Better how to live with freedom and happiness Putting away all concern for any righteousness
They answered:
"You speak of Sodom and Gommorah, the bible That's not the way of it now, not our style We are not morally bankrupt we give to the poor We have no bias we let everyone in our door There is no evil, except what's in peoples minds We don't need a God to live and be kind Everything is wonderful, free sex is great It teaches us how to love without hate"
That answer came from the worlds majority As I read it I knew we were in the minority How can morality and submitting to God's will Supercede the pleasure worldly leaders instill Minions of the evil one, they say doesn't exist Corrupt souls sold to materialism won't desist They will give their all to fulfill every lust For them it is not God in whom they trust
Dare I pray to the one who most have denied Ask forgiveness for we wretches who lied For we all are part of humanities shame Entering in and playing the worlds game Too weak to stand for the precepts of Creator It would serve us right to be dumped in a crator Cover us with the dirt to which we gave adoration Is there even one thinks they deserve salvation?
Well I think Goethe sums it up by saying "Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being." Also, I might add that Goddess/Creator looks at each one of us and sees a beatiful person waiting to be born. If you can see a vision that Goddess/Creator meant you to be, you can rise up and meet that salvation.
those who don't call upon the lord are doomed; it is written in clear wording in the Bible. well done, eileen; thanks for your faith and convictions to remain strong! brava!!

Absolutely, Eileen, and they say there was was not an attack on Christmas. Bull! There has been an attack on ANYTHING christian for a long time now, and there still is, and it will continue. Ah, the days of bibical wrath is nigh upon us. Tomorrow we celebrate The Reverend King's achievements in America, but I have to believe that he would be mortified at the disrespect God get in this country.
We have become a society of convenience and to believe that there are rules to follow is too much to deal with, it gets in the way of our ultimate goal. So we take whatever we can, caring not if it harms others and we move forward in our quest to be the victors. The world is corrupt, the people selfish and evil, families torn apart or perhaps never families at all..just children of unknown parents, even babies are tossed aside. Life would be much simpler for all if we would follow the word of God, but sin is fun, and being the spoiled children we are, we sin first and (perhaps) pray later. Excellent write, Eileen. Deep message and a straight shot right to the heart of the times.

It didn't surprise me too much when the churches were filled to overflowing the day after 9/11 when people felt their mortality in danger. God takes us back if we repent for such is His love for us. Well done Eileen but get more rest.
