Rogue Angel

He came into the realm on gentle wings
to elevate our minds
His voice so tender made our heart sing
full of eloquent rhymes
with a heart on fire for righteousness
yet he was a mystery
A warrior versed in the ways of goodness
but with a worldly history
His struggle has gone on for many eons
to keep the hounds at bay
But the works of wickedness
widespread and deep have made him pay
I take his hand and lead him
to the brilliance of his mind so glorious 
and through the powers of one who is divine
he will be victorious!

The angel who was and probably still is doomed to walk the earth until the end of time. Very inspirational peace with messages of hope for all....

It seems that faith is our only escape anymore from the grueling trials of our daily life and our constant bombardment with the dregs of humanity. We all must look to that which is good and rise up upon the wings of hope. Excellent penning, Eileen.
