Poem Artwork

if the moon could hear my cries
i'm sure it would stop the tides
so i could step upon a wave and
take a ride out to sea, among the

ruins where i belong because, i'm
lost without my song, since love is gone
i need to go beneath the earth, for I am
questioning my worth, and only in the
deepest sea, could  i find the real me

i am a pisces so i know ,the ocean
is where  to go,  but first with haste i
hurry to the shore and ask the moon once
more, to have pity on this fish and grant
to me my  fondest wish

back in the deep i talk to dolphins they
always know just what to do, i sing songs
with the whales who are full of old sea tales,
i ride upon the Great Manta Ray, and they
show me how to find peace their  way...

A very peaceful write. This is how the world ought to be - everyone, people and animals, getting along. Nicely done, Eileen.

since the tides are controlled by the moon, and in turn influence our emotion, we should place our faith in the lunar ;

You have your feet in the water again have you, and you feel the tides pulling you ever deeper, but the songs of the dolphins will tell you that this world is far to small and contained for you, you are a child of the universe, seek your lover there, no need to question yourself, dream of the greatness you are. Beautiful Poem!

Isn't it interesting that we who are Pisces seem to have this connection with the sea...dolphins, mermaids, and the spiritual.... I too seem to drift along this way when I am sad, or when I need replenishment even... lovely write... lindalaw

Oh my beautiful mermaid, you have not lost anything, I heard your lovely song and saw all your beautiful friends of the sea guarding your birthplace. You are one with the earth and sea...let that love go and look for the one that combines your soul...love and hugs and thanks for this beautiful adventure. Bonnie

Eileen,

This one is powerfully penned ... longing to return to the comforting arms of the sea (Creator) colors these words of blue. Well done.

Dear Eileen, since I started reading you, I don't believe that you need the advice either from the dolphin or from the whales and even less from the manta ray to find your own way. Just look for the tiny door in your heart. Great poem. Love Emile
