Bumblebees buzz among satin petals
Of summer petunias,
As hummingbirds hover
Amidst nectar-sweet blossoms
Of heady hue and perfume;
And a ladybug,
Strangely plain yet lovely,
Gracefully explores green leaves
Alongside a curious green inchworm
In the shadows of butterflies wings.
