There are two men
Who frequent my thoughts:
One is older,
Traditional,
And frankly sexual;
The other, younger,
Cultured,
A southern gentleman
Of quiet dignity
And strength.
One my heart does not pine for
Though my body joyfully responds
To his every command.
And the other?
His is the heart
My own wishes
Would meet me half way.
But he belongs to another,
A beautiful woman
With beautiful ways.
How can I possibly compete?
I can understand this as I experience it every moment although, for me, the subjects in question are not men. Love, peace, and best wishes to you, Rebecca,
Once you bite the forbidden apple there's no way back, but if I were playing Texas poker Hold'em I will bet half my chips on that Southern Gentleman and drop the dirty old man. (he suddenly can kill over during, and that's an embarrassment!)
I met Jerome on a busy city street in Baltimore, Maryland, when he was forty-five years old. On that particular day, I was out and about, enjoying a much-needed day off from work.
I wanted to purchase a sukiyaki sub. I parked my car in an area of
Regis. 🌺🌼🙏😊

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
Be always safe,
