From an absolute web
Of darkness
I reach for light
That promises betterment
Of Self and
Circumstance;
My world is
A constant dawn state
Where my spirit resides,
Always dynamic,
Never satisfied
With the status quo;
My relationships
With God,
With You,
With Life in general,
Always under repair,
Until one day
The light will
Full rise,
And I will be free
To bask in its glow
Unfettered.
