On a scientific scale I like the idea of us being Stardust. But as far as the spiritual part, and has ball been conjured up in our heads. Believing just makes us feel good. But if we have demons in our head rather than the ordinary risk of living, we may need another layer of thinking that opposes those demons.
This book summarizes life's ten toughest tests with ten passwords each to pass these tests. The current overload, speed of change and chaos are all summarized well enough to get to the Land of Simple on the other side quicker than usual.
