Feelings I've had as people seem to come and go through our lives.

Is life always to be alone,
walking the streets of our mind at night?
Forever must we be thinking,
searching for love with all our might?

The stars seem to be the same,
clouds drift in and out and back again.
Day changes into night,
sun by day, moon by night with it's silly grin.

Faces seem to come and go,
like changing flowers on some distant tree.
The love within each of us,
seems to tug and struggle to be set free.

Plants grow from seed to leaf,
accepting light as love in their life.
Mankind needs more than that,
to overcome the negative forces of strife.

God has made us different
from plants and animals and other things.
Life can only be complete
when we accept the peace true love brings.

It satisfies our very soul,
man or woman, child or just friend.
Love is the only answer,
from the beginning of life to the very end.
