The thunderous crash Searing pain of lightening speed The rain of terror Within the deed Heavy laden In winds of change Battered limbs, by force Arrange Destructive paths Cut deep and sore As the landscape cries "Oh God!..No more!" Bruised and broken 'Neath the skies Look heavenward With swolen eyes The silent vow Nor claim defeat No storm, again Will she entreat Though, wonders At the rage she saw If possession is really Nine tenths of the law
