Depends if he really loves her. So many do not love, other incapable of love, whilst others simply wait to chuck her out as soon as she embarks on her affair. So it depends on the circumstances. Victor

Beautifuly written and the truth is, sometimes it has to go that far before it is realized. we need to be loved and we need to be given love. I remember a poem from back 36 years ago.
We look to high, for things close by,
Stop searching, never mind it, for love, like something lost,
Is always where we find it.
So true but unfortunately we don`t always find it where we want it to be or where it should be.

"If you don't want her
Just throw away
And see how fast another will grab her
And love her as you never did before"
peace be with you
How very sad it is that most loves go so far before the realization hits that it is too late to change things now. The old song lyrics always ring true..."Love is where you find it, when you find no love at home...". Very real write La Belle.

if he doesn't know, he doesn't/can't love, or deserve her - what a schmuck! I liked this one poem La Belle, it reminds me, all of what we do when we love someone deeply...
I would take her to Italy,spend money i didn't have,love her,
