This is one I must share with my daughter, who has loved dogs all of her life and now heads a Rescue called "Mommy 'N Me"

Great idea for a Christmas gift, though I hope no one brings one to me as affording it after Christmas would put a strain on my meager financial abilities...-e-
6 years ago, I found an abandoned kitten just about this time of the year. She was filthy, flea infested, had been marked on with a magic marker, and starving. I picked her up and brought her home. She was so close to death, I don't think she would have survived another night on her own. We nursed her back to health, and she has been the sweetest cat I have ever known.
