Bask beneath the fallen leaves
Among the den of forty thieves
Shall thy words be left unspoken
Like the fallen limbs have broken

Scurry not and to now forthwith
Besiege in that by which you live
And I in all, and in that there is
One humble question by which we live

Brazen be thy blazing sun
Challenging you before the gun
Shields lay before the shed
Refrain on that by which I shed

Brazen be thy beautiful harps
That beckons before my open heart
To churn before the blazing fire
Quench thy hand my hearts desire

The tainted breath upon my lips
And now I watch as daylight drips
For into the darkness we now slip
And there are whispers from the crypt

Echoes whisper in the churn
Beside the candle as it burns
And blazoned be those celestial lights
That glistens and burns before my sight
