Had a bad day at work (can you tell?).
Please keep me in your prayers.

i wish
i could put
all of my frustrations
into a balloon
fill it
with all of the hot air
you expel
& release it
into
the atmosphere
taking all
of the anger
& bitterness
i am feeling toward you
& just
let
it
fly
away.

i wish

Hi Karla,
You have some really deep words there. You put them down well.
Your wish just might come sooner than you think.
Help is on the way. Please read the message I sent today to whom I think is your sister.
It might help you a bit.
Pray and keep faith.
My prayers are with you.
Blessings,
Judith

Let it dissolve in the softness of warm and scented Spring breeze. And all "heavy atmosphere" will be overcome by gentleness, as it always is.
A blessed Spring and Easter to you and Karen, sweet Friend.
Thank you,
~Alexandra~

hang in there, Lady Buckeye...although, I can relate to this, having been through a recent bout of harassmet.
Frankly, I love Sherry's idea mentioned below.
The idea of writing the name of dude or dudette who has been less than cordial(...you know the kind...they appear to be missing a chromosone or two and are still struggling with the concept of walking erect?) peeing and or pooping on them (in name only of course) and flushing them away seems so just...rofl.
