Don't dwell on the negatives. Remember the positives. And let the healing begin. :-)

Poem Artwork

"TINY STARS OF GOLD"

I discovered stars in the attic of my brain
I wondered how long they were there
It seemed like they had been there a very long time
Just dreaming to be found and shared
~
I cleaned off the accumulated years of dirt
They'd rarely seen the light of day
They'd been pocketed in hidden convolutions
And the key had been thrown away
~
Abandoned, forgotten, these tiny stars of gold
Buried by memories of pain
I took them out and surrounded myself with love
And let healing tears fall like rain

EXCEPTIONAL! In this world that seems determined to bombard us with the negative, while beauty is all around, I found this wonderfully uplifting and inspirational...thank you.
