Bad hair days as well as bad poem days, are better then no hair or no poem. I often wonder will you understand when I write? Sometimes I'm not, so I guess I'm still learning. But the only way I'll learn is with a pen in hand and a blank piece of paper. Plus writing, brings an inner peace, which we all understand... good rant

Great rant Karla, and I think yes most of us feel this,sometimes
after I poest a poem I think, I can't beieve i thought that was good enough to post!;-)Just one bit of advice. keep writing with the joy of doing it, not with the thought of any compensation for it.Relieve yourself of that burden. If it is to happen it will.

LOL, Karla! I never write anything that I think is worthy of being placed on the pages here, but I write anyway...it is just what we do. I am not wishing to be published, so I guess that takes some of the pressure off of me. I think it may be more difficult for those whose dream is to become a published writer and have their books out there for sale. I never see writing as a burden, just something I do, like combing my hair...
