Exercose or a long walk will help you. While walking look at the scenery, the flowers and creaturea...catch some sub...feel better. Be good to karla say is today!

Not the first one who has felt that way Karla and won't be the last, sometimes we need and should be entitled to a depression day as long as we bounce back quickly. Hang in there girl.
