:)

Beat down until I can hardly stand;
wearin' life's bruises like a badge;
hangin' on 'til I can't hang no more
to hope.
Cripp'lin' through life with a bent cane;
I keep fallin' 'til I get up;
there's a miracle with my name on
it--faith!
I ain't gon' let life th'ow me down;
life ain't gon' pin me to the mat;
I'm gon' keep gettin' up, because
of strength...
my God's stronger than adversity.

(c) 2006, Karla Dorman.

Think it, say it until it becomes the concrete under your feet and the solder in your backbone. Love and prayers, Karla. I know how you have to keep on keepin on until you see the fruit in reality. Some wonderful lines here: I keep fallin' 'til I get up; there's a miracle with my name on it - faith! Miracles and faith go hand in hand. You are a mighty source of strength and inspiration to the rest of us... and damn fine poetry, too! LOL K xx
