Words.  A restless flock,
eager to burst forth,
determined to soar
in graceful patterns
from pen to the page:
poetry in flight.

You caught their migration between heart, soul, mind and paper so well, Darlin! :)) No doubt they are bound to sunny climes... or perhaps wet ones, in your instance??!! Well-formed flight pattern here that shows you indeed have the wind beneath your poetic wings... Straight and true, like a poetic dart!! :)) LOL K xx

Your recent writings remind me of the robins I saw today.
I thought they had already left for the winter--we saw flocks gathered a few weeks ago. Yet, here they are again, soaring,
landing, lighting on limbs, joyfully hopping through the woods, --so
like your words, poetry in flight.
Good words, Karla!

A great analogy - a flock of birds and words. Only the heart of an artist could see such a simple but profound thing.
