Someone asked me, once, "Do you dream in poetry?" I thought about it for a little while, then said, "No, I don't. Only in images that make no sense, whatsoever: In the morning, I string words together, like beads -- that's when they become the pictures you read in verse."
Fantastic poem. I do seldom get poems while asleep. I wake up when the chart is already dotted. my simple job will be just to join the dots. Wonderful piece.

Great write...I don't think that I have ever dreamed in poetry or in verse, but I have been given some wonderful stories through dreams and some powerful ideas to write poetry about. I have woke up with a poem on my mind before, the words already rolling over and over, sometimes just a line or two and as I write it the remainder of the poem comes together....enjoyed the combination of poem and photo...

What a lovely expression, Karla! WordPictures is like stringing beads into different shapes of words - nuggets, cylinders, bugle beads, heishi beads, seed beads for crocheting, abacus beads for counting, sex beads for....Dream it up, Karla...colorful write.
