the woman's beaded earrings jingle jangle as she walks for miles jingle jangle in the early morning coolness jingle jangle in the southern part of kenya. jingle jangle she must do this every day jingle jangle because she has no choice jingle jangle someone has to get water jingle jangle to quench her family's thirst. jingle jangle she watches the sun rise jingle jangle over the serengeti plains jingle jangle keeping an eye out for predators jingle jangle this beautiful maasai maiden. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
a friend of mine went to kenya and brought me back some beautiful handcrafted maasai earrings. this poem came to mind as i was walking this morning. hope you enjoy...
