Poem Artwork

i thumb through
the pages of memory,
looking for the clouds from
my childhood -

fat rabbits,
friendly dinosaurs,
bumbling puppies, even
a dragon or two -

where have they
gone?  come out, come
out, wherever you are ... i
haven't grown up yet!

I haven't grown up either. Lots of things to see in a cloud, nature's
Rorschach test. I do the same thing with trees. Patrick

I don't remember where I heard the comment, but someone once said that making images out of clouds is silly. Why can't it just be a cloud? Me? I'm with you, Karla. I see the bunnies and dinos. Long live imagination!! Hugs,
Sheila

I remember when my sister and I were little, we'd lay on our backs in the backyard and look up at the clouds and see dolphins and horses. You brought this all back ,Karla.

Dear Larla,

Lovely poem--don't ever grow up!!! Your creactivity comes from a "child's mind" That's a compliment lol. It was given to me by my grandsons. Hmm, I think it was a compliment lol. well done!!

very cute, I too still look for dragons in the sky and I even get to see them once in a while. Just don't make clouds like they use to. LadyJ
