A reason and season for every deed under heaven. Crying the tears of betrayal then rejoice in the fact that it would be no longer a secret. Out in the open there is no fear of it any longer. Call it Destiny, Call it fate, Call it the time to remember. In a short time only your enemies will remember, those who love you the most will still be by your side and perhaps now will share their secrets. A heart felt write for who ever it was meant for you have caught our eyes here. LadyJ
I am sorry Karla, but they that do that have a lot more problems than you do, dont let that Christmas Spirit die on the count of those that are trying to kill it, a wonderful write I am praying for you

Pent up emotions tend to percolate when they shouldn't and fully erupt at the most unfortunate times. I hope you put a flaming lump of coal in his stocking. Patrick

Ah, I think that box belonged to me actually. Been looking for it. My little box of pain, God how I've missed thee...........
Powerfully shared and full of captivation in the way it was penned! Great analogies of painful secrets to Christmas presents!
Superbly done... except, i hope it wasn't true!
One can only surmise what was found, and if what was found was something of physical substance or psychological substance. Is the attic truly a place of exposed wooden beams or shadows in the writer's mind? As always, your words, Karla, cause one to hesitate and think, and that's a very good thing.

Powerfully penned sadness. It didn't help that I made you cry too yesterday; forgive me??
(((HUGS))) and much love, your twin, Karen Lynn. :( *tears!*

I must have been waiting for this one, Karla, I'm on it like white on rice. Love this wail you have built into your poetry tonight, very nicely done. This one, to me, is special, it talks that talk and walks that walk . . .
