Not all have forgotten.
For those outside the US Sept 11 was halfway through the war not its beginning!
But I agree we need more reminders that terrorists are still out there.

Funny you mention this...I was thinking about that dark day on my way home from work. It will never leave my memory, any more than the Pearl Harbor attack left my parents' memories.

I will always remember that day.. For some reason the man on the plane that was going down.. the passengers who knew they had to sacrifice their lives for the greater good..for our country. This will always stick in my heart and mind. I wonder at times if the pride that mother feels dulls her pain at all.. Lets roll! But never forget.

I could never forget. I had friends who worked both in New York and at the Pentagon -- all made it out alright, but the images of 9/11 still chill me and anger me even more, to this very day.

Wise little girl - You'll smile! ~~~ If a child can get this, why can't we?

One day a 6 year old girl was sitting in a classroom.
The teacher was going to explain evolution to the children.
The teacher asked a little boy:

TEACHER: Tommy do you see the tree outside?

TOMMY: Yes.

TEACHER: Tommy, do you see the grass outside?

TOMMY: Yes.

TEACHER: Go outside and look up and see if you can see
the sky.

TOMMY: Okay. (He returned a few minutes later) Yes, I saw the sky.

TEACHER: Did you see God?

TOMMY: No.

TEACHER: That's my point. We can't see God because he isn't there. He doesn't exist.

A little girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions.
The teacher agreed and the little girl asked the boy:

LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the tree outside?

TOMMY: Yes.

LITTLE GIRL: Tommy do you see the grass outside?

TOMMY: Yessssss (getting tired of the questions by this time).

LITTLE GIRL: Did you see the sky?

TOMMY: Yessssss

LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the teacher?

TOMMY: Yes

LITTLE GIRL: Do you see her brain?

TOMMY: No

LITTLE GIRL: Then according to what we were taught in school today, she must not have one!

"FOR WE WALK BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT" ( 2 Corinthians 5:7)

So if you believe that there is a GOD, send this to all you know!
