I walk in beauty everyday for all that God created is good. I heard peace today in the singing of the birds and watching the clouds as they swam through. I spoke to my neighbors. I told them of the blessings unfolding before them. The voices of their children. I spoke life to them as I felt the pain of those that are dying. Life spilling out as they walked away. I visited my children today I reminded them that it was their birthday that I was waiting for them to be re-born any minute now. I spoke life that I would leave before them. I kissed my granddaughter from across the city even though I have not seen her I know she is there. I pray for strength that her mother may not fall. That she stand tall for her daughter. I sang to the Lord though my heart did surely ache. But he was not at fault. Still just as good to me as when He called my name so I could wake. I walked today through my surroundings just to know what to expect when things began to change. I spoke life to the burned out buildings and those about to be built to replace them. I prayed at the bloodstains that seemed to grow with each day as wasted lives gave their way. I spoke life to the new life about to be born. I carried my head high though the devil tried to make me ashamed, He is a liar I am at the door of the King’s castle I have been called to be a door keeper. Where I will rejoice everyday. I have chosen to learn to be a warrior, and that in Prayer!
