I see the Horizon A new beginning Running, running, running hoping to make it I hear birds flying above Soft chirps of the crickets A new dawn is breaking My dream perhaps fulfilled Echoes of the past slow me Doubts imped my path Lost love become my hurdle Heartache my only fear I see that new Horizon I yearn for that new beginning Running, Running, Running Hoping I'll make it someday

Excellant write young Jennifer and in youth we have the endless bag of optimism to draw from so don't ever forget that, tomorrow there will always be a new beginning.

Keep moving, keep running, but don't forget to catch the elusive butterfly one must sit still and it will land...
Excellent poem, full of hope, and the ancient fear.
