I wrote this poem in responce to a mate who always said they where sorry.

When you say you are really sorry


When you say you are really sorry do you have the feelings of being remorseful?

When you say you are really sorry are you sympathetic, do you show pity or compassion?

When you say your sorry do have a feeling of deep regret, can you feel their pain?

When you say you are really sorry do you ever cry?

When you say you are really sorry is it associated with the sadness of something done wrong?

When you say your sorry is it associated to some disappointment or disagreement?

When you say your sorry are you willing to reconcile and makeup?

When you say your sorry are you willing to find a way in which (two situations or beliefs that are opposed to each other) are in agreement?

When you say you are really sorry are you willing to become friendly with (someone) after you have argued with them?

When you say your sorry are willing to disagree without being disagreeable?

When you say your sorry are you willing to reconcile yourself to something unpleasant?

When you say you are really sorry are you willing to accept it although you do not like it?

When you say you’re sorry are you willing to go through the process of making two people or groups of people friendly again after they have argued?
