Again, my friend You took a risk on love You shuffled your deck You played your hand But the cards that were dealt Were marked Broken, my friend You told me your tale You opened your heart You cried your tears 'Bout the love that you found And lost Tired, my friend You constantly give You love to the end You hurt like no other Been there once before I know Alone, my friend You're feeling the pull You're trying to hide Your slow silent tears But they keep coming No end I'm here, my friend You know where I am You know how to find me You can lean on my shoulders But I wish I knew why She lied. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Elizabeth Galvez �2002 Elizabeth Galvez ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
