In the morning light breaking Silence interrupted By the sounds of nature Along with my cat purring I stand here, gazing Looking out over tree tops distant Pondering how I got here To this place, this second Leading to Everything, out there And wondering where I am headed For there has to be some reason I surely wish I knew I hope To believe The future I am awaiting Come, come Take me, take me there Snassano 08-28-07
