Skinning babies!

There is no end to the suffering humans inflict on other earthlings! It's the time of year again, I just signed petitions to stop the insufferable seal hunt, on grey Island in Nova Scotia, but as always it will fall on deaf ears, still to many out there trying to make a cheap buck, and to cover some vain ladies ass!

Skinning babies!

What kind of man does it take, to kill a mother’s child?

In front of her eyes, out in the wild,

Is it a man, or really a beast?

Or is this, one of our least,

Trusting dark eyes at him looking up, last thing it sees is his big club,

What hardened heart in his chest does throb?

Is this a man, or really a thug?

Who at night, you also would mug?

What kind of man, pray for his sins on a Sunday?

Go out the next day, a little creature to slay?

While mother is watching in greatest dismay.

What for does he pray?

What kind of woman a mother would make?

That from another child its fur would take?

Or wear its skin for fashions sake,

Or look so sexy for her mate?

How would she feel, if her child he’d murder?

In cold blood, and feel not further,

Give her the skin, to atone for his sin?

How would she feel, it be her own kin?

Those who kill solely for profit are as repugnant as any other murderer. Sadly, it will probably only stop when there are no more babies to skin, then what? This is powerful!

God bless you. Kathy

I am sad reading this..although I am a pig-farmer...and slaughter them bigtime!!

Does that make me any different from those who kill seals???

The slaughter of many animals seems to be on the agenda these days. When will common sense return? All life is valued.....

Be always safe,
Karen

You touch on a terrible truth here, Jasmin. Having stood next to people in other situations who would gladly kill in the situation you name, I fear they are not so very far from doing it to human beings also. The ones who slaughtered the buffalo, who are slaughtering all of the seals, are also the ones who made the best nazi guards, the best rwandan killers, and the best who carry on in the sudanese murder. They seem to like the flow of blood and the loss of innocence...Jerry

Such a touching write my friend, you've penned it from the heart. It's sad that humans do not consider the feelings of animals, or for that matter it seems as though a large portion of the human race doesn't care for anything today but...self! It is sad that the one's who truly do need to hear or read this probably will not, but with a touching write such as this...your voice may multiply by those who are informed and encouraged to help by reading your words. Write on!
Blessings,
Joyce B.

We've been signing petitions, and writing letters, and boycotting Canadian seafood for years now, and nothing changes, and these baby hunts go on and on and on. Like so many other atrocities we protest, they all fall on deaf ears. These horrors will only end if and when everyone on this planet finally wakes up, and stands up, and says, ENOUGH! But very sadly, I don't see that happening any time soon.

Mammon is very pleased with man finding new ways of getting quick-rich not like all those morons that work and sweat for a living.
Mr. Ed will frown at this practice.

All in the name of greed - years ago, the Native Americans hunted - they used all parts of the animal - for food, for clothing - now it's to look good. Sad -

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

How anyone can inflict such pain, such cruelty on innocent baby seals is heartbreaking and unnecessary!! Let's stop this senseless murder--and the sooner the better! Keep on speaking out against this travesty~!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :( >tears! <

Very well and powerfully written!
