No black widows here, just snow my dear,
Nothing but white, what a delight,
Yet some, it causes phobia and freight,
That officially the winter is over,
And that it’s now time to grow the Glover,
But Mr. Winter himself has not heard,
Or he don’t want to, he sort of a nerd,
What can I say that would, old man winter sway?
To give up the fight, let spring on its way,
But I guess, he goes, by what the vermin groundhog does,
It’s all gain for him, not loss,
In the meantime, my snow tires wearing thin,
From all that shovelling, my backs done in,
Imagine spring, to keep me sane,
But it’s been too long, I played this game,
I’ll soon run out of beans and pork,
If he, more snow, does sport,
Running out of patience too,
Even missed the plane that flew,
To blue yonder, warm and dry,
All snowed in, the reason why,
My temperature is running up,
Good thing\though, Heating the house, we had to stop,
Cause the oil, bill, ran way up too,
Mr. Winter, I will sue!

You'd like North Texas: this "winter" we've had lots of days over 70 deg(F), and a few in mid-80s. It's true what is said about our Texas weather: if you don't like it today, just wait 'til tomorrow! Week ago had some snow (first of this year); started at night, and was gone by next mid-morning. Maybe repeating that event this afternoon and tomorrow, forecasters say. BUT...you'd not like our Summers (from mid-May thru Oct.) with 100+++ simmering deg.
