A peaceful write with much said within a few lines...powerful message my friend...inner peace comes from our Heavenly Father...helps one to realize that each day is a blessing, a gift from Him, making life worth experiencing, life worth living...enjoyed!

How wonderful that is, Ted... when just that ONE special encounter fully furnishes you with all you need to make you feel COMPLETELY at your ease. When we know ourselves to be completely vulnerable in this way then it is because we have no need for defences. Fabulous thinking here. TY Kate xx

i do believe the word vanguard appears in my national anthem [though it could be just shorted down to van now i think about]

this seems like such a concentrated snippet.
it leaves me wanting more.
