Iceberg, iceberg, dead ahead
Frederick Fleet the lookout said
While down below they danced and fed
unaware of this awful dread
Rivets popped and steel tore through
And only the Lord Almighty knew
This Queen of ships, no one could drown
In two hours time would lose her crown
The band on deck played bravely on
While down below all hope was gone
The third class, they were kept secure
Well after all, they all were poor
The lifeboats all had left half full
breaking every moral rule
And the Captain had inside his coat
Ice warnings on a crumpled note
The morse man, he sent out the call
Please come quick and save us all
But in the end, though not much panic
Beneath the waves, went the SS Titanic
Three miles down, this Queen does lay
A dethroned Monarch, no light of day
But think on this, your sure to agree
How great the power, has the mighty sea
