Her gift is one of words,

Her speech like the gentle wind

which silently teases her hair,

it whispers in her ear

She stands tall and lean,

her legs sleek and muscular

like columns in form,

Her graceful walk,

like an exotic dancer,

The stars wink in delight

Her fragrance sweet as caramel,

sticks to your ears

vibrating to hear her

enunciations,

Her breasts rise and fall

like angel wings in poetic flight,

Her verse is potent as passion

She captures stillness,

time stops for her embrace,

The sun glimmers in her eyes,

leading men to heaven

with her words of grace

She sits upon the highest peak

so all can see,

as she caresses words

only she could invent,

A mother teaching her children

how to speak

The lady you wrote this for must be glowing. You are a man that has a great appreciation for the female form and you write with such passion but also sensuality. When I read this I think about a sculptor lovingly sculpting the feminine form. Congratulations oh master poet.

Enchanting. Now all the tall, lean, lady poets can run around and think you speak of them.
