Dale, I stopped by to read your verses. I've enjoyed them all. This one really touched me. I really believe there is an connection between writing and painting pictures. We paint pictures with words, just like we paint pictures with oils. It's the love of creating something special and beautiful.

A question much loved by various scholars and intellectuals is whether or not poetry really matters. This poem answers with beautiful finality that it does. Peace.
