Upon the red rock cliff we look in four directions and see clouds drifting overhead
The Mountains of the Tetons are covered in misty haze, The spring storm approaches
Little Moon covers his eyes, half full he squints into the distance He has a vision, powerful and true of his Father, Full Moon or the man who looks through clouds He see’s the misty mountains as he faces the four directions
He bows his head towards each one resting on his hands He sits upon the granite rock
Facing the East he awaits the morning dawning and his brother Crooked Tree
He sways slightly in the breeze leaning towards the south east looks down on Lone Tree creek noticing the flowing water thinking of his mother who runs from the bright rays of the sun to the nearby Misty Mountains
She is the one who’s eyes are bright they have their own light to walk across the grassy plains
The Medicine Bows call to him to show him when to return for a pow wow with the Sun The elders sit in the campfire circle awaiting the visionary they seek
The one who see’s Misty Mountains He see’s the flowing water falls as a gift to the sea
your imagery is exceptionally lucid ... each verse flows into the next effortlessly and sings out to the spirit within the misty mountains of inspired thought ...
Dale, you had me there seeing the misty mountains one of my most favorite places to be. I love this word painting with such vibrant images. I am content to sit on the granite rock and take it all in;-)
Wonderful work!
This poem calls us to reverence. It humbles us before creation and brings us to the arms of our mother. The imagery is outstanding. So very beautiful, Dale!
A way to use your mind for silent communication. Speaking about the methods in the book I have used since a young age.
21st Century learning. I also have a GoFundMe page to ask for funds so I can research with other people and add their experiences
The second book in the telepathy series. It contains more ways for the up and coming telepathist to experiment with the sending and receiving of thoughts and is at the end of the story about future telepathy people found unexpectedly chosen by the go
