Don't Sigh the wind blows, don't sigh listen to her musings wash away the tears from your eyes you shall see the beauty with wide open eyes an open heart unafraid of the wilderness where resides the beasts, the phantoms drifting the shadows are long they linger watching you dream then slip away as dawn descends listen to the whispers hear their heart songs cast aside burdensome loads as you become one with all the wind sighs, don't scream allow your ears wisdom hear the night fall, hear her cries your sight is watching, dreaming reflections in your eyes, it's paradise my muse travels alone with the breeze in the sun shine in the moon light she is crying, she is sighing I must hold her words tight

There's sympathy, there's encouragement; there's empathy and there's understanding... but the sentiments of this measured and soul-touching poem supercede all of those kindnesses, Dale, in that they not only come alongside with reasoned support and intuitive kindredship, but also seek to provide reasons for hope, peace, calm and a turning of fear into a springboard for optimism and growth. Whether self-reflexive, speaking to self, or to another, this is a sharing of disquiet in order to experience a new dawn through it. A wonderful light touch to this and a searching elusiveness that is as sage as the wind. Bless you and thank you, Kate xx
