sea of misty thought
swimming in bliss
golden sunny beach
waves of eternal vision
ebb and flow
beams of lunar dust
reflecting solar orbit
sunrise over horizon
chasing dusty winds
rising over oceans
oceans of dreams
sea of old water
foaming frothy mantras
clouds of thunderbolts
raining in truths
envisioned in lightning
flashes glow and fade
raising earthly fissions
sunsets over mountains
tops of frosty tips
falling in twilight
oceans of dreams

Reading this was like being on vacation!
Love your style and chosen words!!
Without a doubt - you are AD's BEST Nature poet - this makes me want to get back out there (wherever "there" is) I think you have to live out west to get this style in your "bones" It's also primal, like the first day of Creation - and your moving over the DreamLand(I guess that was the idea wasn't it?) Gensis!
I like the shifts in this, Dale. As with all dreamscapes, the location of the poem is unfixed and I like the contrasts. Makes me think of dreaming on a beach, actually... that surreal "am I really here listening to the sea, or caught up in a celestial landscape?"-thing. I also like the nouances of light and shade, time and place. Basically, I like, I like, I like!! :)) K xx
