on the shore
a stones throw away
polished by ice and fire
reflections of a gem
water frolics in glee
bubbling a gurgling flow
echoing endless waves
beyond the sea
bubbles in the ocean
evaporate into steam
fog bank rolls in
sudden passage of clouds
pebble is thrown
polished, flattened by time
reflections of breath
earth, wind and fire
skips across water
trails over rocky bottom
ripples of change
light refracted
shadows dance
a ripple drifts
across rocky lips
stone shatters
