 early morning dew

early morning hues
erupting from sleep
where lying still
became
late shadows cast
spirits delight
in chasing

early morning dew
evaporates
into cumulus clouds
spirit trails
swirl the day
illuminating
surreal horizons

In and out of the realms of consciousness...what is real and what is the dream? Floats ethereal on the page like those clouds. The last lines, "...spirit trails swirl the day illuminating surreal horizons" were quite beautiful, Dale. Dreaming wide-awake myself today. Going for a long walk...Love, Lin
