ole chimney mountain stars alight in the twilight the meadow aglow the valley below a trail of comets shooting stars a cow jumped moon ole chimney mountain a smoke filled flue where a tunnel drew along came a train whistling a canyon tune ole chimney mountain the smoke drew over fire stone where rocks slid through along a sandy bottom gravel roaring fork a river ran ole chimney mountain under the shimmering moon shone like heaven the snow topped peak covered with fur pines and aspen groves below the timberline the autumn leaves orange and yellow hued blew into the water and turned blue like ole chimney mountain 10/08/02 Copyright � CJ Clark
I wrote this after fishing the Colorado River waving my bamboo rod like magic. :-)
