My Hawaiian Ginger Scent still clings to the sheets that adorn your bed,
The other pillow still holds the imprint of my head.
Your answering machine still has my voice, saying we're not there,
You say that you don't love me, but I know you still care.
I'll have your favorite radio station keep playing our song,
Until you come back to me and admit that you were wrong.
I will haunt your favorite places, you will not be free,
So do what you jolly well please, but YOU WILL REMEMBER ME!

Pattiann~ I love how you capture the art of emotions,
I say this in regards to the imagery you paint upon the readers thoughts. this one had the lingering heartbreaking effect..i could easily envision paradise lost, loved it, love ya, mike
I hope you don't remember him at all, that the sound of his going away steps will fade and its echoes be too weak to overdo the sound of others optimistic and loving approaching steps, the ones that you deserve.
