She was a little girl all gussied up in a white weddin gown, so dazed and confused.
It was Baby Girl's Weddin Day, she was a scared seventeen,
Her Mama was a barkin out orders," All Hail To The Queen!"
This here marriage was arranged, Ya understand,
No one was allowed to approach Baby Girl, but this one hand-picked man.
Fur three and a half years, the couple were under Mama's eagle eye,
She made damn sure no passion was about to fly!
Then it be time to jump the broom,
Baby Girl was dazed and confused, who the Hell, was this groom?
In the bridesroom was a paniced little girl,
Beggin her Daddy, to help her get through the window and flee into the world!
Daddy reminded her, no weddin, then back to Mama's house, you choose,
Hell, it be a crap shoot, either way, she'd loose.
Baby Girl chose the White Weddin and the years slipped on past,
Like everythang her Mama touched, it was doomed, the die had been cast.
So Baby Girl marks time in a zombie state,
Her life was never in her hands, it is just her fate.

This is sad because I know arranged marriages happen all over the world....From Hyannisport, to Appalachia, and Bangladesh

Oh how sad, I know this is your awesome writing, but I detest these parents who are determined to have their children's future all planned out for them.
Usually the young one's wind up hating their parents forever.
