When communication is just a circle of words,
Nothing gets solved and no one gets heard.
He is evasive and she speaks her mind,
Never any common ground can they find.
He wants to preach and teach,
She wants solutions and answers reached.
Neither one will give in,
So what could have been magic, will end.
She wonders, were true feelings ever there?
There was something about him, that made her want to care.
Two strong spirits that clashed, so willing to fight,
Neither one is wrong or right.
Now just deafening silence hangs in the air,
Two people stand face to face, but aren't really there.
All has been said and done, neither wants to try,
Now the only solution is a sad but firm good-bye.
POWER-STRUGGLES! and communication is the KEY! but WE all Know it takes TWO, 1 cannot make it survive STRONG!

It is a sad fact of life that sometimes no matter how hard two people try, no matter how much they once loved each other, no matter how much they wish it could work again...it is nobodies fault but love ends...then it is time to move on for life is too short to spend it being miserable and hating.
Yes, communication is the key to any relationship, whether, personal, friendship, business, it can not work if it doesn't go both ways..Great job SC

SC, I think you summed it up in that last line. The only solution to lack of communication is that firm goodbye. This is so well written that I hope it's just an exercise. If not...try on this warm hug.

The worst sound is silence and believe me it is so loud it hurts deeply. Two people have to want to make it work or it is over before it starts. Thank you for sharing SC. sad but true.
