My life has always been a Runaway Train, an endless ride to nowhere.

I hurt, I ache, I weep,
I cannot let go, I cannot sleep.
My past replays again and again,
Like a movie that has no end.
I hate myself, because I care,
I am trapped in this endless nightmare.
I see lying lips, giving me impossible demands,
I see pointed fingers, on cruel hands.
There is never anyone that I can tell,
Just turned backs, as from grace I fell.
Rendered silent, with muted lips,
As daily farther into the quicksand I slip.
Smothering and starved for air,
I am invisible and no one cares.
I see the child that no one wished to save,
Unwanted, unloved, a prisoner, enslaved.
Wishing to just disappear, wanting to runaway,
With no place to go, bound to stay.
Choices were made for me, they were all wrong,
I was made to sing, when I didn't know the song.
Only in words do I fly,
Like a butterfly, I take to the sky.
While steeped in this shadowy, gray misery,
I exist in this life, not chosen by me.

We are always family. Chosen or not, we share the same passions and desires. One thing for sure is that we are not alone. Even if life doesn't always turn out the way we want it to. We have each other, and we spill out our hearts with our words of joy or woe.
Be safe.

SC listen to all our words
please hear the words we say,
For the coldness of then
is not the love you receive today,

You think we do not know you,
But a friend we see in you,
The words you share each day,
Have helped to pull us through.

You have made us to smile and sometimes cry,
You helped to dry up a fallen tear,
We know we can depend on you,
For we know how deeply you care.

We were lucky to have you,
For you were sent from God above,
To share with us a piece of you,
To know from us you too are so loved.

Thank you for sharing and know we love you dear SC.

Newfie hugs are on the way, Rose

What immediately came to mind is how I've been so fortunate
in being friends with and being comforted by someone who is
compassionate, loving and strong despite the past.

beautiful of all."

I'm in a legion of many who love and respect you...for you
and your incredible talent. You are much to lovable to be sad.

Dearest friend, yours is a voice
that needs to be heard, not
silenced because it seems the
wrong time, the wrong moment,
the wrong hour for some.
Damn, this poem breaks the heart
cause far too many are living
this reality and told to shut up,
no one wants to hear your pain.

If you remain silent,
then how do you heal?

To all that have been brutily
called nuerotic,complainers,
whiners... shame on everyone of you!
Cold hearts never hear the cries
of the injured, it's too easy to look
the other way and to turn a deaf ear.

I love you dear one and know all
too well of the pain you speak.
Proud of you to voice it!
Break the silence SC for in doing so
you'll one day truly be healed.

Blessings & Peace, love Holly

Little Rattle Snake, if you are in the dumps or fond yourself down in the soul dungeon, the best is to chat with a friend and not let the spirit ventilate the despondency vapors that will suffocate you.
Your sadness just at the beginning of the Holy Season is not healthy, if you ask, it will be a thousand hugs going your way.
