Emile, I have a problem with President Obama bowing to both the King of Saudi Arabia and the Emperor of Japan. It seems that he not only shows deference, but indicates submission to the nations of the world. His habit of apologizing for America does not sit well with me. Besides, I thought the polite gesture in Japan was supposed to be mutual bowing, rather than one-sided bowing.

Nevertheless, your writing is wise and common-sense. To be "polite, respectful, and graceful" reveals what is inside a person, as this poem reveals what is inside of you, a real gentleman.
