"...Buying problems with his own money..." seems to be the definition of one having in his pocket what he didn't deserved in the first place.

No, but there is alot of truth in this. After waiting 5 years for disability and having nothing, now that my disability has come through, I realized just what this saying means. Good stuff, Emile, my friend-Love, Michelle
