Piano Player - Update

I was just rewriting a few poems and thought I would touch up this poem. It is based on a true person out in California.

My heart skipped a beat,

As you walked into the room.

With those Drop-Dead Gorgeous Eyes,
I just knew you were the one for me,

But I kept quiet and never let it show.

You were here to play the piano,
while the choir sang.
I was young, naive and had a
crush on you!
Needing money while attending
UNT, you composed
the most beautiful music I have
ever heard!

Your music is like a Dove gently flying

In the blue sky on a warm breezy day.

It warmed my heart to hear your music

That day, years later, in California.

Thank you for making my dreams

Come true that day Mike.

You will always be Number

One as friends, in my book!

nice tribute Becca; thnx for sharing. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, maybe too stubborn for my own good, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your very sad and very terrified little sister, Barbie
