"An April Fool's Day Storm"

Thunderstorms rolling in,
Rain pelting like bullets
Rocking and Rolling to the beats
Of each crashful measure.
The first storm of April,
On a Fool's Day,
But it is not a joke
This thunderous evening's concert.
Feeling the vibrations of the thunder,
makes me feel alive and excited,
to stand beneath this thunderous sky
and Mother Nature's lightning show.
I am but a fool on this April first,
Standing in awe of lightning bursts,
knowing any moment I could be struck,
and I say Hey what the fluck!
How many times will I ever see,
A thunderous lightning storm
On April Fool's Day?
It is a fluke, so what the fluck?
Happy April Fool's Day to all!!!!

"Fluck" LOL Glad you survived. Should have seen the whizbang storms we had yesterday: hail, high winds, severe lightning, flooding rain, even a tornado funnel sighted - was not amused. :) Break today, back to rain and storms tomorrow and Thursday, possibly a repeat of yesterday's storms on Thursday - NICE. NOT what I wanted to hear!!!!! Excellent poem capturing the power of God.
