*Free Will Reunion"

Your voice echoes in my mind,
Of days I seek to find,
Only sadness remains,

You are so far away,
In my heart you will stay,
Only sadness remains.

Your laughter remains deep within,
it gives me strength to begin,
fading that sadness that lingers.

Secrets shared and kept,
love devotions swept,
away the sadness from my soul.

Why did you leave my heart,
we promised never to part,
when you left, I became sad.

Only a thought of reuniting,
can lift my spirit igniting
Happiness where sadness has lived.

A piece of you is still within my soul,
this distance has taken quite a toll,
but the sadness is slowly leaving.

It has been too long since that day,
when you just walked away,
and now I am beginning to see.

You had to leave me
because you loved me
and that would never have worked.

We are from different cultures,
different beliefs,
and different worlds.

You from a married hell,
Me from a free well,
spirits colliding from love.

Oh Spirits reunite,
stop this wicked plight,
and end this separation.

Know I will not intrude,
nor ask for an interlude,
but come to me with your free will.
