Mind wanders
feeling low energy vibrations
wanting to reach out
to make contact through foggy vision.
Streams of raindrops
fall all around,
cleansing the airways
that connect to your teardrops.
Wanting to kiss away your tears,
knowing that the possibility
is highly unreachable,
at this very moment in time.
Patience encompassing
the careless impulse
to throw caution to the wind
and reach out and touch your soul.
No one, but you, can understand,
the perseverance that it takes
to nurture and cultivate
the seedlings of future endearment.
With this acceptance,
the mind wanders,
and the soul reaches out,
to let you know that you are loved and cared for!
